Just a few words to answer some of the comments by the interviewer:  Amazingly enough Sunset Hall is a good neighbor to its Latino & Korean neighbors.  They have a relationship to the kids and the elementary school down the street & to the parents of the kids, whereby the kids & their parents come to Susnet Hall on a regular basis.  In addition, the employment policies at Sunset Hall are good-the pay and treatment of its employees is above average, resulting in much longer term employees, than is the average.  People who live at Sunset Hall also tend to live much, much longer than average, however there have been a number of deaths at Sunset Hall, meaning that there are an above average number of rooms available.  If you know anyone who would like to live in a progressive environment, tell them about Sunset Hall.  It is where I would like to go when I’m old enough.  My mother-in-law lives there now.  Jan Goodman
