Appointment of John Negroponte to three successive positions in the Bush administration illustrates how discredited thugs from the time of Ronald Reagan persistently are resurrected to do more dirty work for Bush. Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Feith, Abrams and Poindexter are other examples of this shoddy and corrupt system. The public needs to complain.
