The Three Alitos

By Christopher Hayes

When it comes to Supreme Court nominees, conservatives face a quandary. They want a justice who is a conservative ideologue, but publicly call for a judge who would be a non-ideological, strict-constructionist umpire, whose only agenda is a deep desire to divine the original intent [RETURN TO ARTICLE]

Nice little article. I enjoyed it. Short and narrow in focus, but captured the essence of the Yale dilemma.

Alito is smart, smarter than Scalia. His relationship with Yale is square, not Clarence’s.

When I say Alito is smart, my smart friends answer, but he has no heart and they are right.

I am outraged that someone with such a poor sense of hair style could become Supreme Court Justice!!!!

Before he is even considered, he should be forced to go to a good hairstylist and get that mess fixed!!!

After that he should be taken shopping to get some discount hair care products to maintain the new civilized look. I suggest he hot the French boutique Hair Care store Tar-jete for it’s reasonable prices on house hair care products. Anything more expensive will probably make him return to his old ways, which resulted in this disastrous ‘do in the first place. The only explanation for having such a bad hair do when possessing the means he does is that he is cheap.

If his hair do is NOT fixed, it could result in pandemonium in the S.C. and cause business there to grind to a halt, as lawyers will be left speechless and dumfounded upon gazing at the self-mutilated coif that Alito sports.

The shock would soon be replaced by mocking laughter, which would destroy the respect and deference the S.C. needs to protect this country from insidious attacks from the FRight wing!!!!.

If he refuses to fix his ‘do, then he should be forced to withdraw from consideration or be forcibly have his head shaved to obtain a more respectable look.

Good thing there was an adult among his peers.

I think he’s going for that waifish you can’t ask me to explain myself—-I’m only three years old look.  Nevertheless, you’re absolutely right. His hair is inexcusable.
