The problem with Abu-Jamal’s continued appeals is that none are based on whether he did or did not kill Daniel Faulkner.
If anyone has read the statements of the recent “new witness” Abu-Jamal brought forward last year (perhaps in 2001) you see just how far removed from reality any of his ‘factual’ defences are.
His own brother witnessed the death of Daniel Faulkner. Mumia Abu Jamal has never attempted to present any testimony by his brother as to what he saw.
