Aunty, I thought you looked familiar. I was around for the DU discussion (Radioactive Wounds of War) back in the day too. I like a good mystery but I like solving them better. Any hints as to what that different name then was?
The public does not hate America. It’s only the media that does so. I for one, am completely sick of the bashing the country receives. CNN had been catering to such sentiments and other nonsense for a while, and that’s why it sucks.

I watch CNN only for the hot newsbabes, mostly Christi, what a great laugh; sometimes Susan. The C stands for CABLE, hello-o-o. There’s 500 channels to choose from, not to mention satellite radio, the internet, ergo in order to be successful, you have to show the likes of Anna Nicole, Britney, and Paris every 15 minutes. Why? Because men think about sex every 15 minutes. Who would you rather look at, Christi Paul or Tonia Caruso? The latter comes on CNN twice an hour, all day long, and INTERRUPTS CNN with some lame program where she supposedly interviews some special interest group like SAVE THE WHALES, and COMCAST shows it everyday, over and over, in 6 minute segments, at 24 past, and 6 minutes til the hour, and who would you rather look at, dumpy Tonia, or somebody hot like Christi? And it doesn’t matter what story is being shown on CNN at the time, here comes dumpy Tonia on something called COMCAST Newsmakers, and it’s the same damn thing, over and over, everyday, and if you try and complain about it, COMCAST replies that CNN “gives them permission” to INTERRUPT some hot newsbabe with something that not one single individual give a hoot about.
