    I doubt it will be news to any ITT readers that the Bush administration manipulated the data leading up to the Iraq war. It leaked Wilson’s wife was at CIA to make it look like she had something to do with him being the one sent, supposedly to back up the CIA’s conjecture that the Niger story was a hoax. So what? Old news and barely skin deep.

    What I believe should be the focus of the ITT editorial staff is the role of the mass media that made Bush’s cherry picking of intelligence possible. It was obvious this was going on to me long before the war, and I’d wager to most of your readers. Where are the articles on just how the consent for this war was manufactured, and why and by whom? This is also pretty clear to many, but it is where we should begin in reconstructing the tragic events of the last 5 years.
