    I’m very impressed by the author’s knowledge of the British press. Spitalfields Market though, while being made up of almost entirely small producers, is not and does not claim to be a market of eco-friendly traders. I would like to know, therefore, where the author found that impression. That said, it is a market which I love and visit regularly!
