    I am a contributor to a website www.gamesmonitor.org.uk which has for nearly two years been compiling an extensive critique of the London Olympic Games. The London based Olympic Development Authority has now been granted planning permissions to proceed with evictions, demolitions, soil remediation and construction on the site, so we are turning our attention to the situations faced by sceptics from the 2016 bid cities.

    We are interested to make contact with locals who may find our website a useful resource. We are also thinking of the value of building international networks of solidarity around resistance to these mega-projects.
