Community alliances key to winning strike

I work with unions in my job. Let me tell you why they are stupid-

1- Seniority counts more than ability. Why should a guy make more b/c he’s been machining for 10 years but doing half the work than a more qualified immigrant who’s busting his hump?

2- They’re completely inflexible to work with. When we do new implementations at union factories they take five times as long- and that costs money for everybody.

3- They destroy economies. Look at every country with high percentages of unions (like France). HIGHER Unemployment, lower productivity, and companies that can’t compete.

    Koppy-

If you don’t make it in America America will not make it.

I’m a union guy (and a damn proud one). You’re wrong that we’re ruining this country- we’re making it!

1- Seniority system is fair and right. If some immigrant comes in and “busts his hump” for less money that’s the deal. We’ve been here longer and we deserve the break.

2- “Inflexible to work with”? What are you talking about? We do the work- not some white collar doing “implementations” or whatever that is exactly.

3- “Destroy economies”- that’s the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard of. Who do you think makes the car you drive or cuts the steel for the buildings? Did you buy that car? Do you think that’s destroying the economy?

For anybody to say we’re bad is stupid. Get a clue and SUPPORT UNION LABOR!
