    Why include race at all? If we are to help disadvantaged people, the use of socioeconomic class as a metric makes much more sense than race.

    I hope that whatever plan that they come up with, that it is fair and just.  It is time that this country fixes all the problems of the past so that we can work towards building our future.  We all belong here and deserve to be treated equally.
