    Good on the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate.  I’ve missed their station.  Another Native SD group to get one of the licenses is DakotaTalk radio, out the Ihanktonwan Nation at Lake Andes.  They can be heard streaming at www.nativeshop.org.  A nice mix of rock, indigenous, jazz and great interviews along with a native language show.  Can’t wait til they’re up on FM in Central SD.
