The Senate Judiciary seems poised to recommend further, possibly criminal, investigation of pilfered Democratic computer files to the Department of Justice (DOJ), after a report by the Senate sergeant-at-arms revealed that at least two Republican staffers inappropriately accessed more than 4,000 records during an 18-month period. As a candidate for office in the 3rd largest county in the nation & a person who loves to cook—I got a email from a Judical candidate from the Republican party. It contained her action plans, meeting, etc. These were not intended for the other side. As soon as I got it, I informed a fellow candidate to please let her know of the oversight…as he was going to be in her court the next day. I deleted the file…never showing it to anyone—even her opponent. She sent me an email asking if I would not reveal the email…I responded that I had already deleted the email & that no one was ever informed of her plans.
When I attended campaign stops, I would say that I am a man of honour like my father & someday my son will be able to say the same.
My father has since died…his spirit live with me and my actions. Republicans look in the mirror…see the shame!
I’d be interested in John and Alice Martin’s take on this story. By the way, can someone point me to any good news on this website?
Veru clear article. My suspicision why Miranda is not revealing where copies sent: they are in the White House!
