Great article, Ms. Talvi. Let’s hope Kerlikowske’s apparent insensitivity toward racial disparity is now well-tempered by his new boss. 8^)
I thought that Eric Holder is a proponent of the drug wars.

That link is not working. I Googled “Eric Holder” and “drug war” and that is one of the first things that popped up.
Perhaps this will work, or not.

They should legalize drugs just in holland. This will reduce the amount of drugs users.
If you checkout the stats of uers in holland and those from amerika you will see that they use less drugs in holland. Compared in %.
Drugs won’t be legal in amerika , cause the money is too thick , with the illegaliztion policies…Also Blackhorse is not to sure that the numbers of users or abusers will go down also ...Hollands abuser numbers are low , because no one is going after users… Having said this , I do agree Ms. Baker that legalization would be a good policy…Note too the user though, if legalization becomes the law of the land, one would be wise too use in private, this is a very repressive society…and laws can be changed back…....True.
