I used to have Cingular cell phone service which was then bought by AT&T. Once AT&T took over, my phone service was horrible. Dropped calls, lousy reception, static, echoes, etc…
I switched to Verizon and my life immediately improved. It’s a shame that Apple had to give an exclusive to the worst phone company on the planet.
I would love an iphone but will wait until they open it up to Verizon or Sprint.
Most problems that arise with call drop outs and signal issues have more to do with the phone companies than the actual handsets themselves.
