You Can’t Handle the Truth

George W. Bush, Liar-in-Chief

Poor Blair, the dog hasn’t even got a bone to show for his efforts.  Bush and Cheney have already handed out all the contracts for ‘rebuilding Iraq’ to their cronies ie Halliburton etc.  How grateful the Iraqi public will be when we spend their oil money on ‘rebuilding’ by giving it to these vultures.

I agree that the link between terrorism and Iraq is tenuous at best.  I also agree with our President that we need to remove Sadam from power.  I do not have to agree with everything he says to see the greater good in our Nation’s actions.  Don’t forget, Iraq agreed to inspections and they kicked out the inspectors until they had to allow them back to try and avert war.  They have fired at our planes in the no-fly-zone that they agreed to for the last decade.  They were required to show definitively that they destroyed all of their biological and chemical weapons, they didn’t.  Finally, they were not allowed to have missles that traveled over 90 miles. They have them, and they have now used them.  War is the last resort.  When do we say we’re at the “last?”  Lest we forget, World War II started because we allowed a vanquished foe to ignore sanctions.  Now don’t get me wrong, I am not compairing Sadam to Hitler.  I am just pointing out that Sadam has attacked two of his neighbors and used chemical weapons against his own people.  Is it so inconceivable that he’ll do something similar in the future given the chance?  Perhaps we should be attacking him instead of our President.

Bush’s (and Blair’s) willingness to twist the truth is simply an understanding of a Geobbellsian view of propaganda; for example, a lot of the media (and one of the comments to the article) repeat the phrase “Iraq kicked out the inspectors” - which is JUST A LIE… the inspectors were WITHDRAWN in 1998,  by order of RICHARD BUTLER (the Head of UNSCOM).

    Finally - consider this.

Bush pretends to be concerned about the possibility that al-Qaeda (which HATES secular governments like that in Iraq) wants to buddy up to Hussein in order to get “chemical or biological weapons”.

WHY would they feel any need to do that? With THREE (count ‘em - THREE) basic and easliy-acquired chemicals, you can make SARIN (a nerve agent 25 times more lethal than cyanide gas). With $70 worth of precursor chemicals, even I could make three litres of Sarin - ten times as much as was used by Aum Shinrikyo in their actions in the Japanese subway (the train, not the take-away sandwich). That action incapacitated 5,500 people and killed dozens.

This is about Oil, Water (Iraq has PLENTY of freh water, Israel has sod-all) and ... the elephant in the room… ISRAEL.

(Speaking of WATER, does anybody know where exactly HALABJA is, and why it was so important during the Iran-Iraq war? Well, it is very close to the Dharbandikhan DAM… a big lump of FRESH WATER. THAT is why Iran & Iraq fought over it so intensely, and why civilians were caught in a chemical crossfire.

Bush will be impeached over this - not this week, but before his (one) term expires. I say this as a RIGHT-winger, and a happy one.

But I am sure of the bare hatred og George W Bush by so very many protesters. Makes the peace slogans look a bit hypocritical when weilded by someone with teeth bared in hatred like a rabid dog. And where were they all when bombing innocents in Kosovo, Somalia etc?

This Bogus war by our conterfeit president does not bode well for either American security or world unity. Never mind what it will to do the US economy. It will however enrich corporate cronies of Bush/Cheney and to encourage the warhawks in the Christian/Jewish Right wing to incite more wars of expansion and conquest.

When are the American People going to wake up and smell what this administration is shovelling?

Have we forgotten Watergate? The Gulf of Tonkin? Iran/Contra? On and on the list goes on of the violations of the trust of the American People by their government. This bunch is just the latest in a long line of liars, but THEIR lies threaten the very foundation of this country and its Constitution.

I fully support our troops, but I totally oppose this illegal war. What a coincidence that all our current major leaders have strong ties to the oil industry,,,,,but this war has nothing to do with oil, does it? right!

And if you believe that, I’ve got some wonderful oceanfront property here in Tennessee to sell you!

Don’t forget, we’re not there to occupy that country, but then I can’t keep up with the justifications, er, reasons….first, Saddam violated UN resolutions…oh gee, we have too now haven’t we?....then it was to go after weapons of mass destruction….now we’re freeing the Iraqi people…..and we’re gonna babysit their oil “for” them…aren’t we so nice!  And isn’t it interesting that now they are speaking openly of taking down Saddam’s regime and setting up occupation forces!

Geez, guys, if yer gonna lie, can you at least pick one story and stick to it?  My head is spinning from trying to keep up with all the changing tales!

George Bush is dangerous because of his incredible ignorance and because of his arrogance and religiosity.  He should be impeached, but he won’t be because the American public has no idea of what is going on.  Congress has betrayed us: cowardice, ignorance, vanity, self-serving arrogance are the hall marks of this US congress.  And the press is the worst of all.  Cowed, ignorant, lap dogs of monied interests and corporate ownership, the vaunted great free press of American has turned out to be the emperor with no clothes.  Never has America been so thoroughly in the clutches of fawners, lap dogs, toadies, boot lickers, lick spittles, and Snopses.

The main reason France, Germany, and Russia are against the US and attacking Iraq is money.  Yup, you think they just don’t want war?  You’re wrong.  Germany is heavily contracted by Iraq for building (that bunker under the house that the US attacked in Baghdad comes to mind).  Russia sells Iraq a majority of their weapons (MiGs, AK-47’s, etc etc).  Oh, and France helped the worlds second largest oil producer build a neuclear reactor in exchange for oil.  This oil for war issue goes both ways, it’s not all just bad old USA.  I think more people should be Anti-War, but Pro-Troops.  Remember those are your neighbors, friends, and that snot nosed kid down the street that are putting their lives on the line for extremly low pay.

Hypocrisy will not sell today because there is internet and many differing points of view. I salute the honourable people in America for speaking up for their beliefs and their conscience. You have young children like Charlotte Aldebron, who are so passionate about their concerns for innocent children caught in this nightmare that they speak to the adults with tears in their hearts, thank you. You have brave men and women who feel so strongly against this massacre that they put their lives at risk by volunteering as human shields in Iraq, an immensely noble ideal to save the world from plunging into chaos and mass murder, in an almost hopeless last attempt to correct a wrong. I write today to say my piece and offer some thoughts for consideration in this mad crazy world.

I sincerely believe that none of us want innocent people to die and if we respect the other and not be governed by pretentious nonsense, we will have real peace.

Think for a minute…many millions around the world have demonstrated and marched for peace in large groups that was an ideal condition for terrorists to attack and kill…..yet, they did not! Why? Do you not wonder that perhaps this is what they want too? The peace, the means to change belligerent points of views, the means to stop injustice, the means to end helplessness and desperation of a people who can only fight by sacrificing their lives for what they believe in.

Consider also, the Pope who has made impassioned pleas for this carnage to end. He has come out very strongly as all humanity to say this is so very wrong. I am just thinking….wouldn’t it be great if the Pope flies into Baghdad and then from there announces that “killing is wrong”. I am sure this would be the one time and one deed that would bring the whole world much closer together, transcending the religious differences forever. Will he be termed “collateral damage” or the man who finally brought peace to the world?

Ahhh perhaps I am idealistic, but like Charlotte Aldebron, I believe human beings have a heart. It takes a major event to make us look back at ourselves and ask whether the course we are taking is worthy of our humanity.

If there is still anyone out there that believes the bull being slung around by this administration, wait until the dust settles in Iraq and the administration announces the next evil empire that must be toppled (best guess - Iran).  Official, unclassified, U.S. documents clearly lay out the intentions of the Cheney/Perle/Wolfowitz contingency.  [Start with “The National Security Strategy of the United States of America”] Factions of the republican party are hell bent on world domination and elimination of any governments [a.k.a. preemptive strikes and regime change] that they deem pose a threat to the realization of their ideals.  These arrogant men have no regard for international law, or the will of their own people.  They have perfected the art of blowing smoke up the American voter’s ass, and have largely succeeded [along with the complicit corporate owned American mass media] in convincing the public that their intentions are high minded (we must free the Iraqi people and allow them too to enjoy our democratic government).  I know I am preaching to the choir, but it is time for Americans to WAKE UP!!  This is NOT JUST ABOUT IRAQ!!

Saddam has offered 25000 to any family of a mayrta against Jews or Americans. He is not complying the UN wishes. Bush and America are the only ones who have the guts to stand up against him. You will see more truths come out in this war. The conutries not with us will be proven to have ties with Iraq. (Money ties) I think the entire world is full of it. We need to regain control of the world due to one fact. We are not an agressive nation who wants takeover. As long as we are the remaining superpower we will live in a semidecent world. let Saddam become the superpower and in your yard will be a poster of him. Not me though I will die with the American belief. I will live free or die in bondage. You must look at the big picture. What other nation with the power of America would try so hard to keep piece? Do you really think if America was like France we would still be what we are? No we would belong to someone else. We are a nation founded under God and War. We started in bondage and fought for freedom. We earned our freedom and rose above all other nations in fear of bondage. That is what it is all about. We must supress all those who treaten our freedom. Always remember what once was will be. Just hope that you are not alive to see it. I want be. I will fight for my country to my death. Bush II is the best thing for America in this day and time. It is time we had someone with some guts in the seat. As far as the Fl elestions..Bush did not cry like Gore. They did have a recount. It came for Bush the second time and Gore still cried like a BABY. I think he is French. Do you really want someone like that leading our country? As for the leaders who go against the wishes of their people to stand with America. They are real HEROS. Blair and Bush and probably many others put their entire future on the line. Have you ever set aside everything and followed your feelings regardless of what everyone thought? Probably not. You don’t even understand why they do it. It is time like these that I am thankfull that I am not you.

The terror attacks were staged by top level Zionists in the Bush administratio (CIA and FBI) with the help of the Mossad and others in the military and armaments industries. All the evidence left at the scenes of the crime were planted. And it was a very clumsy job. They knew the media wouldn’t question it. But there have been lots of questions raised on the Internet. The planes may have been brought down via a system called Global Hawk. It allows someone on the ground to control the take off, flight, and landing of a plane.

I agree with you Mr. Williams that bush never proved that Saddam have something to do with 9/11. As a Public Servant, all actions taken by you should be transparent to your people, Bush never made his actions and base of decisions transparent to the American People.
Moreover, it is very proposterous for a leader to be inconsistent Mr. Bush said that he always wanted Diplomacy to be the solution for the disarmament of Iraq, but he was a liar, thousands of US troops were already making there way to Iraq. Another issue is the “Patriotism of American People”, I don’t believe that patriotism does not constitute standing behind your leader, but rather standing behind your country. Therefore it is purely bias for radio announcers and talk show hosts to attack anti war protesters. Another thing is everytime I hear phone calls to radio stations, I always hear that we should be thankful for our troops to be in the war to protect us, I think that we should be because they are “brave” yet they should not be there in the first place because the UN inspections are very progressive in disarming Saddam. We should hope and pray that this inhumane war will end soon.

Could Canada be the next target for ‘Liberation’? We have oil. We have water. We have been accused of letting the 9/11 terrorists enter the U.S. through our country (completely false, not that it would matter to all the ‘sheep’) ,which could qualify us as supporting terra ism, and we have a government led by a man often referred to in this country as a dictator. Seems to me that we qualify for an invasion according to the standards set by the bush administration. Also, we have 1/10 the population of the U.S. and probably 1% of the weapons of any kind of distruction which could easily add us to the ‘win’ column along with Grenada, Panama and a long list of other banana republics bombed into ‘democracies’ by the leader of the free world.

Globalhawk is a remote controled US survelliance airplane like Predator.  It is NOT a system that can be installed on a plane nor is it capable of taking control of
commerical plane.  There is no such system in existance.  Not even the Boeing 777 can be controlled from the ground and it is the most airborne computer contolled plane ever built, but it is run in the air by pilots and computers, NOT on the ground.

There is evidence and it is widespread.
The Salman Pac terrorist hickjacking training facility south of Baghdad has been reported on in over 250 publications.
It is widely believed that the planned Ricin attacks originated from Iraq as noted in numerous publications.
The anthrax attacks in the Fall of 2001 also originated in Iraq as noted in numerous publications.
The Prague meeting has been mentioned numerous times.
Suicide bombers receive 25k payments from Saddam Hussein.  Iraqi intelligence and military agents have along with Hezbollah formulated and executed many attacks against Israel over the last two years.
The 93 WTC bombing has Iraq written all over it.
Iraq was involved in the destruction of the Murrah building in OK City.
Al Qaeda has an outfit in Northern Iraq that controls several villages, is in close support with and is closely supported by Hussein’s regime.

Check out the book “Fraud of the Century,” by Roy Morris Jr. You’ll find many similarities between this past presidential election and the fraud of 1876 elections which the Republicans used all the tricks and the Supreme Courts to steal elections. Plus check on Newsmax.Com. internet page which blasted Gore and his people for calling the Florida vote in the Gore column at 7p.m. E.s.t.when in reality it was called by NBC with Chris Mathews who I would hardly consider a Democrat. Thanks Ray Margarit.

Hey folks, educate me if I’m wrong.  But doesn’t a bellicose military stance, dimunation of human rights. insinuations that dissent is unpatriotic, rigged elections, and almost constant lying, doesn’t all this (and more) equal fascism?  IF this is true, (And inorder to unseat Bu$h) is it a good strategy, or bad, to shout it from the roof tops?  Thoughts?
