    It is obvious defense spending will take up alot of the GDP, and the wealthy will get a substantial tax cut. But what about the middle and lower income classes? We will be footing the bill for years to come, and if cuts in Social Security payments come about, by retirement age, most of us, who worked all our lives and paid into the system, will be out on the street, without any benefits. We cannot continue this type of budgeting--shoestring and bomb based antics, and survive in this volatile economy of ours.

    Why do you call it the Bush budget? He’s just the figurehead. I wouldn’t ask that guy to pack a lunch, never mind oversee the financial running of a 280million-strong sweatshop.
