    Great article, thank you for also touching on how difficult it is to raise a teenager on the “middle-class” income that most of us make.

    Good note on the army recruiter stuff too. . . Bush’s silver spoon irony knows no bounds.

    It is sad the way the bilons of dollars in this great country are used and distributed. These ultra rich politicians want to blame people for growing up poor,and not having a trust fund waiting for them when they turn 18..

    Why should the rest of the population pay every time these “responsible adults” get knocked up and bring yet another child into this already overcrowded world.  The only persons responsible for paying for and raising children are the parents.  If you want “our” money to raise YOUR children, perhaps you should consult with the rest of us before you decide to concieve these assumed societal adoptees.
