I thought that Eric Holder is a proponent of the drug wars. http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/blogs/citydesk/2008/11/19/eric-holder-extreme-drug-warrior/

That link is not working. I Googled "Eric Holder" and "drug war" and that is one of the first things that popped up. Perhaps this will work, or not. www.washingtoncitypaper.com/blogs/citydesk/2008/11/19/eric-holder-extreme-drug-warrior

Melissa Bean is one of the "Demoplicans" that Mr. Lee refers to. Or is she a "Republicat"? Her supporters think that her "yes" votes on CAFTA, the bankruptcy bill, and the Patriot Act are perfectly acceptable. Barack Obama is one of her supporters too. Phil Crane must be going nuts. She is voting along the same lines that he probably would. Albeit, she is [so far still] pro-choice, and she hasn't met a parade that she didn't like.

I am now technically a senior citizen. I am still pissed off. I still play music loud. However...I have learned that no matter what I write...somebody will throw a literary monkey wrench at me. What will happen if I write?: All cows eat grass.

"The opposite of solidarity is dog-eat-dog, which, if we had to choose a motto for the last quarter century of American history, would work as well as any." Sadly, "looking out for number one" and "it is everyone for themself" apply too. However, that is the nature of survival.

Unfortunately, Melissa Bean has turned out to be anything but "progressive".
