In These Times

I'm very impressed by the author's knowledge of the British press. Spitalfields Market though, while being made up of almost entirely small producers, is not and does not claim to be a market of eco-friendly traders. I would like to know, therefore, where the author found that impression. That said, it is a market which I love and visit regularly!
