Great post. I was on top of this story early on, but somehow failed to pick up on one detail. Elston McCowan and the other SEIU guys who got in this fracas were never in fact arrested? This does not surprise me that much given all of the wholes in Ken Gladney's story and his known history of violence as a police officer himself. All of the wingnuts have been writing that these guys were the "only ones arrested, though, and that the police report will back up Ken's story.

There are a lot of holes in the story that is being told by Ken Gladney and the Tea Party gang. The whole story has not come out yet and the county officials have yet to press charges against anyone involved in the fracas.
