    Americans knowingly and unknowingly support crummy sweatshop life in China. Who comes out ahead? The Chinese government and Wall Street, not middleclass american workers or consumers. This could be the situation if middleclass americans on all sides of the aisle if more is not demanded of our respective politicians.     A body that can produce new humans and provide some of the most nutritious food(breast milk) on the planet speaks many times to the strength of the woman...those that have not been beat into submission.     The article seems to imply that the democratic party in general is progressive. That's a stretch for sure as the progressives within the party are few and far between. On the other hand so many in the so called republican party make Barry Goldwater a progressive.
