  Error- The U.S. constitution is a legal document that behaves the same way as any contract - it defines relationships based on sets of conditions and limitations. If the "founding fathers" truly envisioned a system of government based on an idea of absolute freedom, they wouldn't have seen a need to codify a set of laws at all!
