  Constitution gives command of the military to the President Who has fucked up this war.   The surge in troops was to give the Iraq government time to get their shit together. They are on vacation, the government is falling apart and no political solution in site. So another 100 soldiers die this month. al-Maliki is throwing in with iran's president who is are enemy, see them on the news holding hands?
