Hey, GOPinOhio. Listing a bunch of "statements" from rightwing websites and calling them facts doesn't make it true. I'm sure there is plenty of blame to go around at local and state levels, that doesn't excuse Bush's inept response to hurricane Katrina. Accountability is something the GOP campaigns on, but after they win, they abandon it. FEMA was staffed by people with emergency management experience under Clinton. Sure, Clinton had his own cronies, but he put them in positions where they couldn't hurt anyone. Bush treats the whole federal as his own personal payback system for his fundraisers and operatives.
