I don't have much to add to the general topic as Rabbit has articulated most of what I would say. I just wanted to applaud his restraint (though not his brevity). One point I did not see regarding the POTUS chronic habit of lying - I remember shaking my head in disbelief when he popped out on TV claiming that Saddam would not let the weapons inspectors in.
