  To Ceasar: I did not say that poor Black people were happy being poor. What I did say is the state of their community and the activities that occur in it are due to their own behavior. That abberant behavior is what keeps me living in Lakeview. You do not represent the only indivdual in Chicago that has made an effort to reach out.
