Ultimate fighting is a legit sport (as much as football, or basketball are considered to be), and as for it's criticts, I feel bad that you can only see it as negative activity. Personally I feel that training and fighting has GREATLY benifited my life, it instilled within me confidence, as well as show me my limitations. It is a beautiful and intricate sport, the purest there is.
