I'm not sure how seriously to take this critique with ads for two union busting firms in the banner ad above it. Interestingly enough, both firms talk about "protecting" a corporation from "third party interference" in the form of a union. What they don't understand, the author doesn't and Andy Stern and I do understand -- Unions are not third parties, they are workers actings collectively to empower themselves.
