Well, how 'bout that. It's been over two years. 'Feels like twice that. I remember what stopped this discussion. It was the outcome of the November 2004 election. Stopped us all dead in our tracks. At least that's how I've always seen it. I've often thought about checking back in, maybe rekindling the discussion and seeing how people have been affected by all that's gone under the bridge since then.
