How about "the weasel incarnate"? But even the evilest weasel couldn't dream up a plan to murder 3000 of its own (Americans) and scapegoat millions of others (Arab Muslims) to establish monopoly over our #1 drug (oil) and hegemony over the species (humanity). Weasels would be rightly offended. No. I still think "evil" is better, for accuracy and weight.
