I'm sorry but I don't see anywhere where Mr. Giuliani equated 'intensive questioning' to torture. I do not see anywhere where he said he used torture. The only connection I can find to equate intensive questioning to torture is the one made by Ms. Beyerstein. In fact the words I see in the quote from Mr. Giuliani is specific that "Torture should not be used". So. Until somebody can provide a better diffinition of what 'intesive questioning' is I do believe that this discussion is very premature. Sorry, have a nice day anyway.
