Born in 1981. BA in Photography and Media Art in Vilnius Academy of Arts. Lithuanian, now based in London.
Freelance lecturer and columnist (www.balsas.cc, www.artnews.lt). Specializes in internet culture, social and cultural critics, social identity, technoculture, media theory. Books translated into Lithuanian by T.Čiučelis: Noam Chomsky’s “Hegemony or Survival”, Lev Manovich’s “Language of New Media”. Also is active as an illustrator and graphic artist (IQ. The Economist, 370.diena.lt, www.karasas.lt).
